What is the best thing to do with rubber seals on doors: when touched with cloth or anything, those seals immediately soil the cloth with black staining. Further, that blak staining can be "transferred" to painted areas or glass: is there a way to stop that black discharge from the rubber seals? What products to use for keeping them in good condition? Thanks!
