Was even aan het zoeken waar ik dat gelezen had wat ik net zei, maar kwam dan deze post tegen. Vond het best interessant leesvoer. Gaat over waarom Dodo geen bulkverpakkingen gebruikt.

iedereen heeft vast wel een 5 liter pull van zijn anti vries over toch

Hopla 2.5 liter water er in en je flesje van 250ml er bij, ff schudden en klaar komt klara

Zou het 5 liter in totaal zijn, dan is het eigenlijk 1:9, dus:

1 deel Born Slippy op 9 delen water = totaal 10.

OK, you heard it here first. By about five minutes at least.

Today we are launching the reformulated Doublewax, some Doublewax sample kits and a freshly repackaged Juiced Edition.

DOUBLEWAX

Remember Doublewax? The wax designed specifically for layering with a hard wax for perfect bonding with a thin layer, then a soft wax for wet look layering over the top. Well, due to distribution reasons (you could only buy it from Detailingworld, us or one webshop and that webshop had a change of management) it was very difficult to get hold of and faded away after we brought out Supernatural (which is widely available). It had some great reviews in the past, being compared to thousand pound waxes and durability of just the soft wax was reported as still going strong at 15 weeks by one tester...

Anyway, fast forward to today and both waxes have been reformulated. The hard wax is based on our latest basic hard wax recipe, which has been improved in both texture and carnauba content from the old hard wax. It is now hard to the touch but creamy smooth between the fingers, with a consistent core. In technical terms, it is a similar recipe to the now defunct Supernatural v1 recipe (which gained many fans during its time). Even better news is that the hard wax is formulated using lessons and ingredients discovered during the manufacture of Supernatural v2. It is still a few percent behind Supernatural v2 in technical terms but I guess you'd never know in practice. The texture of this is also made to our latest manufacturing methods and this means our entire range of waxes are now on an even higher level than before.

Packaging wise, the new Doublewax is distinguished by its foil silver labelling. It looks nice and bling and the quality of the labels is slightly improved over the old vinyl ones. However, they are prone to becoming scuffed and scratched.

Price remains unchanged at 79.50 GBP inc VAT for 2x200ml = 400ml. Possibly the highest performing 400ml of wax in its class for the money.

We have also introduced sample kits for Doublewax to spread the word about the product. These are Double and Lime and Double and Lite. You get 2x 30ml panel pots (hard/soft waxes) and a 200ml bottle of Lime Prime or Lime Prime Lite for prep. Price is 29.50 GBP inc VAT for each one.

RUBBISHBOY'S JUICED EDITION

RBJE has always been a great performer, so we haven't played around with the recipe much. If it ain't broken, don't fix it. However, we have improved the texture so it is now silky smooth between the fingers. In terms of performance, Ben's Original Edition has always held its own against Juiced Edition, but our 'Island Formula' shows how lab production can make a slightly more sophisticated or more consumer friendly product (think cadburys compared to hand made chocolate from raw cocoa). The new texture underlines the difference further, but it is just a minor part of a product. Ben's is great and smells amazing, so buy both and compare and contrast

Packaging wise, we have repackaged into 200ml plastic containers instead of the old glass container. Our stickers are now also shiny and superbling. In fact, packaging wise it is now one of my favourite products. It really looks the nuts in the flesh.

Alle Dodo waxen in een glazen pot weorden in de loop der tijd vervangen door kunststof potten.

Even een voorstel van mij uit, ik merk dat er hier heel vaak gevraagd wordt hoe juist een product aan te lengen.
Nu was ik net mijn programmeren wat aan het oefenen en dacht ik laat ik hier een programmaatje voor maken.
Waarin je gewoon het merk en product uit een lijst kan selecteren en de gewenste hoeveelheid eindproduct ingeeft en dat het programma daaruit dan automatisch de hoeveelheid product en water berekend. Is hier interesse voor? zoja wil ik dat best wel eens in elkaar knutselen

Heb er ook al aan gedacht om op een of andere manier een lijstje bij te houden van menverhoudingen, een programmaatje lijkt me wel wat. Zou je het enkel voor Dodo Juice maken of ook voor andere merken? Anders wil ik je wel helpen om wat gegevens te verzamelen.

Ik heb nog een excelsheet liggen waar de nodige zaken in staan, wil deze wel uitbreiden met de dodojuice producten. Moet ik alleen even de gegevens hebben van de diverse verdunningen.

nja, ben er eens over aan het nadenken en denk dat ik ga beginnen met enkel dodo, eenmaal begin gemaakt is het maar ene kwestie van aanvullen.

Voila programmaatje is af, nu enkel nog de producten met verhoudingen ingeven en zoeken hoe ik dat het beste hier kan presenteren.
Weet nog niet juist hoe ik men java files omzet naar een executable file.
